Farzana Kazemi

Farzana is an award winning CHRO, a womanpreneur, an international speaker, executive coach and a champion for people development, with a passion for empowerment of women and girls, and who helps companies become an employer of choice. She works with business leaders and enables startups and turn around companies to become efficient, sustainable and profitable, through out of the box thinking, leveraging international best practice standards and innovative business solutions on people matters and beyond.

Farzana is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, certified with CiLEX and BPS, has over 20 years’ experience of working at a strategic level with some of the world’s successful FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies including Carillion, Severn Trent, McKesson as well as private conglomerates such as Aurecon, Midcom Group and currently KEF Holdings across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and Far East.

Farzana is known for her strategic thinking, is a values led, methodical solution provider and has been instrumental in connecting the dots between people and business, thus delivering high quality, cost effective solutions to deliver strategic business objectives and improving business performance.

At KEF Holdings, Farzana is currently the Chief Corporate Officer, a strategic advisor on people and business decisions, serves on the KEF Holdings Board and is responsible for the Human Resources, Administration, IT, Legal, Compliance and Corporate Affairs. Farzana also heads the KEF Holdings Audit committee.

Farzana was recently promoted from HR Director to Chief Corporate Officer at KEF Holdings for her outstanding work on people and business issues.

Farzana is an active member in the HR community and speaks regularly at events with people orientation, and in particular every year for the last several years at the annual HR Summit and Expo in Dubai and is a regular guest speaker at schools, colleges, universities, hr conclaves etc.
