"Gandharvi Nadkarni has been part of the Human Resources (HR) corporate world for the last 15 years where she has had the opportunity to play different roles within HR, from Learning and Development to Organizational Development and HR Business Partnering. She has worked in various industries spanning from ITES, Consulting, Telecom and Analytics.
Gandharvi has led teams and projects in organisations who are at different stages of the HR journey, giving her the opportunity to establish teams, and work on projects around Culture, Values Building, High Potential Development, Leadership Development, Career Management and building efficiencies within HR.
In her current role, Gandharvi is leading HR for dunnhumby India. She is responsible for all gamut's of HR for the region spanning Recruitment, Business Partnering, Operations and L&D. She also supports global HR projects around Career Management, Growing Leaders, Performance Management and High Potential Development. Over the last year she has worked towards improving HR and Business Partnering by driving projects to support regional and global business objectives. She has helped to improve employee engagement across the India office by engaging with the business on key strategies around Gallup, Employee Engagement, Building Talent Strategies and Defining Performance Standards.
