During this tenure she helped the business grow from 0.5 lakh to 25 Crores per annum, with manpower strength from 80 to 2800 employees and 250 sites. Set up best Operational and employee engagement benchmark practices with multi task operations like Airports, Hospitals, Malls, Corporate, Residential Complex, Guest Houses and 5 Star Hotels.

    Achieved several awards year on year for best performance in Customer Satisfaction. Best Regional Manager for consecutive years. Headed the Largest of Pan India Transition for over 100 sites in one day.

    In her current role, she is responsible to develop and implement a strategy to make ISS a learning organization with a focus on performance, meritocracy, competencies, training, development and talent management, institutionalizing the EMPLOYEE LEARNING LIFE CYCLE Process in ISS GROUP.     Suresh has been with TCS since 1993. He has handled roles of developer, system analyst , project leader, project manager, product implementation, solution architect and business relationship manager in projects such as Swiss bank Corporation, SEGA, Canadian Depository, Credit Suisse and Singapore Airlines.

    He has handled the role of regional HR Head at Trivandrum before taking up his current responsibility of Global Head, Initial learning program (ILP). ILP is the function of Learning and Development in TCS which handles the induction of fresh graduates into the organization.

    Some of the key initiatives which he has implemented in ILP are a major revamp of the ILP curriculum with extensive involvement of business leaders and a major augmentation of ILP capacity.

    Suresh holds a degree in Electronics and Communication from REC, Warangal and PGDBM from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Prior to Joining TCS, he has worked with Indian Institute of Science , Bangalore and Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore , Kochi.
