He has spent his years learning the art and science of learning & development through his roles as a classroom facilitator, a training manager, a professional coach, an Instruction designer, learning partner, and a learning strategist. Most recently, Mohit has had wide exposure in broader areas of HR including leadership development, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement and diversity and inclusion.
His approach to Talent Management in organizations has been shaped by experience in Sales & Project Management roles. As a consequence he's gained unique perspectives on elements of the strategic HR value chain - from recruitment, through induction, technical & behavioral competence development, performance management, resource management to leadership development.
As functional leader of HR - Talent Management in global organizations, he's gained significant insight and experience in formulating band wise learning frameworks and strategies as well as developing scalable models for rapid rollout on a large scale. Mohit has created an integrated talent enablement system that incorporates goals and check-ins, talent calibration, succession and development planning. Driven end-to-end talent processes to include assessment of talent and org capability, strengths and gaps, identification of themes, and recommendations.
