Shweta has a vast Experience of 16 years in the field of Learning and Development.
She started her career with EXL services as a Facilitator, later managed and worked with a team of content designers and was instrumental in setting up the Insurance Academy at EXL
She, later, joined Tata Teleservices Limited as a Deputy Manager, where some of her feats were designing and developing behavioral interventions on the basis of differential learning (Customer Interface, Managerial and Leadership Level) at Pan India Level, Establishing TATA Academy (Academy for Sales & Retail Management), a training initiative of Tata Teleservices
Currently she is heading Learning& Development, as part of the Revolutionary Talent Management Team wherein she is responsible for conceptualizing and executing various learning interventions in accordance with the dynamics of the eight business units and their global diversity. She closely work with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends, developing a blended approach which integrates different learning modes, and ensuring delivery of these blended solutions through workshops and training sessions.
Shweta is a Graduate in Commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad and went on to do Instructional designing from Symbiosis Pune. She is currently pursuing her Post Graduation Certificate in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
