Biography

The founder of XENERGIE International, Lorna McDowell has been a pioneer in the field of systemic coaching and new approaches to organisational and leadership development that go deeper and wider in stakeholder relations and connecting people to purpose. In the last decade, she has especially focused on helping major international companies in financial services, medical devices, consulting and technology, as well ascommunity services organisations from public utilities and councils to religious orders,to develop their thinking and practice around culture and leadership, and to deliver change and transformation from the inside out.

Her latest new venture is "Clusters - Brainstorming for Gamechangers".
