Mr. Al-Haddi has extensive experiences in leading mega organizational interventions such as acquisitions & Integrations, Restructuring, Start-ups, Offices & Plants closures, and many other large scale organization transformation projects around the region of Central Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. This is in addition to the "day-to-day" HR undertaking of designing and delivering world class HR activities such as Talent acquisition, talents management & development, coaching & training, compensation & benefits, job analysis, job description & leveling systems, psychometric testing, interviewing, and project management. He has designed and delivered several training courses on team effectiveness, individual effectiveness, People development, selection interviewing for management, and mastering organization effectiveness.

Othman Al-Haddi is currently holds the role ofChief HR Officer in Binladin Holding Company; Binladin Group is a conglomerate of 400+ companies and approximately 300,000 employees. He was appointed in this role since Jan 2013. Before that, he was the Human Resources Director for Procter & Gamble Central, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa region based in Geneva-Switzerland. He had a career with P&G for the period 1997-2013 in variety of HR roles in 5 different countries.
