Sha-En Yeo

Sha-En Yeo is the Founder at Happiness Scientists, a training and consulting company whose purpose is to empower individuals and organisations to be happier using the evidence-based research and science of positive psychology. A professional speaker, trainer and coach, Sha-En serves both the education and corporate sectors.

Sha-En is a passionate believer in helping people lead flourishing lives. Combining her years as an educator, her deep understanding of psychology and years of training experience, Sha-En is able to develop holistic learning experiences that help people and organizations build sustainable habits to flourish. A professional speaker, Sha-En has spoken at the 1st Philippine Positive Psychology Conference, Changi General Hospitals' Resilience Symposium and People's Association HappinessGuru series. She recently did her first TEDx speech at the TEDxSingapore Salon, focused on Happiness.

Prior to founding Happiness Scientists, Sha-En was an education scholar with the Ministry of Education, and the Founder of Positive Education. Since becoming the first Singaporean graduate of the prestigious Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) program from the University of Pennsylvania, she has empowered more than 100 schools and organizations, and over 10,000 individuals with the tools and research of positive psychology. Sha-En is also a best-selling author. In 2016, she co-authored R oad to Success Vol. 2 with Jack Canfield (of C hicken Soup for the Soul fame).

Sha-En shared the research on happiness on ChannelNewsAsia's Chasing Happiness Documentary (hosted by Adrian Pang), spoken on radio 938LIVE (not 938NOW) and Money 89.3FM. She has also been featured in MyExecutive and The Business Times.

Education & Certificates
Sha-En has a Bachelor of Psychology (Bsc Psy) from University College London, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) and a Masters degree in Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a trained coach, having received certificates from Results Coaching and Coach U.

Sha-En's clients include some of Singapore's top schools such as Raffles Institution and Hwa Chong Institution, and organizations such as Roche, Shell, Singapore General Hospital and Manulife.
