Mohita S Pathak

Mohita currently leads the Learning and Organization Development function at CEAT. In her 17 years of corporate experience she has worked across the gamut of HR andled initiatives in compensation, PMS, recruitment, business partnering and employee development.

She is a Certified OD Practitioner who is passionate about facilitating processes that help individuals and team realize their potential. Her passion towards development has led her to take up courses in Emotional Intelligence, Instructional Design, Neuro linguistic Programming along with internal work through meditation and silence.

Mohita has been instrumental in drivinginternal coaching certification for Leaders in CEAT and it is currently an established process within the organization. She has also played a key role in the institutionalization of values in the organization and today the recall of organization for values is at 97%.

Mohitaholds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from K.J. SomaiyaInsititute of Management.
In her spare time she enjoystravelling, meditation, reading, adventure activities.
