He has special expertise in the field of Digital HR Shared Services and has led the implementation of Technology, HR and Recruitment Shared Services for clients across industries. With a rich experience of over 16 years, he manages some of the top customers at PeopleStrong. He drives a team of 500+ HR professionals across the country to deliver a superlative customer experience and meet PeopleStrong's commitment of SimplifyWorklife. Prakash strongly advocates leveraging technology in a big way as key in driving change in HR.

Prior to joining PeopleStrong, Prakash has worked with Mphasis, where he managed staffing for their BPO division. Prakash frequently speaks at various natio nal forums on wider HR and HR Tech subjects including Impact of Digital, AI and Machine Learning in HR. He also writes on these topics and his articles are covered in leading HR and Business media. Prakash holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. He is an avid cricketer and footballer and lives in Gurgaon with his wife and daughter.
