Radhika Mittal

Radhika has over 20 years of consulting experience. She is currently a Director with Cerebrus and leads the Rewards and Organization Design practices for the firm.

Radhika has worked on several large organization restructuring, workforce number assessment, job evaluation and banding projects and M&A assignments. She has worked on a number of the large telecom M&As including job banding, industry benchmarking and the alignment of compensation and HR policies. She has worked with several other companies in various sectors such as Banking & Financial Services, Cement, Auto, Retail, Engineering, Media, Mining, FMCG, Telecom etc. in the restructuring, job evaluation and banding areas.

In the rewards area her experience ranges across market benchmarking, compensation strategy, restructuring, design of variable pay plans / incentive plans etc.

Radhika also manages all work of the firm in the Bangladesh market. She has been visiting Bangladesh since 2000 and is very familiar with the market. She has in addition worked on projects in Nepal, China and Sri Lanka.
