Sanjeev Parkar

Sanjeev has about 22 years of experience in HR. During his career Sanjeev has worked with reputed organizations like ACNielsen, Maersk, Webify, Century group. Sanjeev has done intense work in the areas of Performance Management, Organisation development and Strategic HR while working with these organizations.

After graduating in Chemistry, Sanjeev completed his post graduation in Master's Degree in Labour Studies from Mumbai University in the year 1995. He also holds a degree in Law (LLB).

Sanjeev is currently working with PricewaterHouse Coopers (PwC) as Senior Director Human Capital and his Current role with PwC encompasses the following;

Head HR for Tax consulting business across India with the help of HR teams in 6 cities reporting to him. It's a Strategic Business HR role and works very closely with the CEO and the Business Leaders. The snapshot of the role is as under;

Sanjeev is an avid sportsman and pursues outdoor sports regularly. These hobbies not only keep him fit but also help network with other colleagues. Further, he has done a lot of pro bono work around CSR by associating himself with several NGOs.
