Biography

Sunil heads Compensation for the global operations of Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co Ltd and has more than 15 years experience in this domain.

His other responsibilities include heading the verticals of Organisational Policies, Human Resour ce Systems as well as HR analytics. He works closely with the Head HR in developing the Strategic plans for HR. He leads Creation, Institutionalisation and Refinement of Organisational Policies as well as Designing and Developing the Hire to Retire HR systems that power all HR processes. He is also driving digital initiatives in HR.

He has experience in the entire gamut of HR verticals, key ones being Performance Management, Business HR role, Compliances and Risk management. He has conducted workshops on Leading Change, Performance management and Value workshops among others. Before moving to HR as a part of his long term goals, he was in business role in Materials function and played an active role in implementing ERP.

Sunil has earned his Masters in Human Resource from Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research. He has attended a leadership development course on Strategic Human Resource Management from University of Michigan's Ross School of Business. He has also completed 'Horizon', a course on Design thinking, from Institute of Design, Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.
