Harsh has over two decades of experience in the area of People Consulting with specific focus on Talent Assessment, Development and Acquisition for the leadership teams. She has closely worked with Business Leaders in the Manufacturing and Services sector. As a Lead Consultant, Harsh has assisted her clients in designing organization structures, design of competency matrices and KPIs , management assessments, identifying leadership talent within & from outside the organization. She has assisted in design & delivery of the programs and processes for development of High potential teams. As an Executive Coach she has worked with leadership teams in the area of performance acceleration, career path development, competency building and adapting new approaches for improved effectiveness in their workplace.

In her past career, as an Executive Vice President with global firms, she led business in the emerging markets and led searches for leadership positions both Cross Border and India based.

Harsh is a certified practitioner under the aegis of International Coaching Federation, USA. She is a Extended DISC and Strengthscope certified professional. She has undergone various business and leadership development programs at IIM Ahmedabad. She is a Post Graduate in Business Management along with an Advance Diploma in Computer Studies.

Married and settled in Pune, she has travelled widely to North America, Europe, South East Asia and Middle East for both business and leisure. Her other interests include mountaineering and outdoor activities.
