Originally from England Phil has lived in Asia for 28 years, in Singapore since 1990, and is a leading globalauthority on developing excellence in leadership of cross-cultural teams. He is a senior leadership consultant for the United Nations regularly facilitating senior UN team dialogs with national government dialogues on leadership development issues. Using ideas from positive psychology,stakeholder coaching, appreciative inquiry, systems thinking, quantum physics and with a friendly, resultsoriented personality he helps leaders identify their authentic style, collaborate across cultures, and produce win-winclimates of trust, respect and results. Philip is a well known figure in Singapore; appearing regularly onChannel New Asia – he is often called by his clients "Mr. Happiness" and "Mr. Culture".
