Vineet Arora is a senior professional in the area of Training and Development, Business HR and Organizational Development, with over 10 years of multi-faceted experience in large organizations.He is currently employed with RAKBANK in Dubai, UAE, where he leads initiatives around Personal and Leadership development for the country's leading local bank.
After completing his post-graduate education in Canada, Vineet started his work-life as a Sales professional, and soon came to realize the importance of the Human side of business. Since then, most of his work has been focused on how to help people, managers and organizations realize their true potential and make the most of their personal resources.
During his eventful career, Vineet has also served on the panel of various People Consulting firms, in addition to having his own practice where he introduced Theater and Acting as tools for personal development in client organizations.
