Bambang Yapri is Leadership Coach, Career Coach and Sales Coach. Currently, he dedicated his work for people development in a US based multinational company in Indonesia as country head of organizational development and learning.
He has over 15 years of experience in the areas of corporate people development, ranging from manufacturing industry, fast moving consumer good industry, pharma industry to multi technology platform industry, from national family owned companies to multinational companies. He had designed, developed and implemented, locally and regionally, people development program, vary from organizational development, leadership development to career and personal development for executives and individuals.
He is a people developer that helped corporate and individual and enable them as a better corporation and individual through coaching process, facilitation and consultation. His education background is Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from Surabaya University and Master Degree in Education; and some professional certification program: Certified Internal Facilitator for 7 Habits for Highly Effective People, Certified DDI Workshop Facilitator, Certified Thomas Analyst – Personal Profile Analysis, Harrison Assessment Analyst, Certified Emotional Associate Trainer (from 6 second – United States), Certified Master Trainer Professional (from SMR Group Malaysia), Certified NLP Practitioner. Bambang is pursuing his goal to be a LOOP Certified Professional Coach.
