Hamza Taqi

Hamza is an Electrical Engineer who graduated from the US in 1988, and now has more than 25 years of working experience in the private sector in Kuwait. He has excellent exposure to multi-cultural and international brands and businesses. Hamza started to coach, train, and mentor in the Institute of Banking Studies and Arabi Co as early as 1992. His obsession with PEOPLEs' capabilities enhanced through experience led him to establish a business focused on touching PEOPLEs' lives to enable them transform businesses.
He is a Chartered Marketer, a Professional Member of the CIM UK, Fellow Member of the IBC UK, and a Certified Behavioral Consultant for OTi Singapore. In the Financial sector he has worked with Visa Inc, MasterCard Int, and Barclays, and helped in the recovery of banks cards business after liberation of Kuwait in 1991. He introduced the first revolving credit card service in Kuwait after comprehensive negotiation with Central Bank. Hamza also introduced the first Cobranded card with MTC (Zain) back in 1996. Hamza led a team of Local Police officers and CID personal with the help of merchants and the bankcard system to capture the largest Credit Card Fraud, which also led to the capturing of a big fraud chain in Hollywood California.
In the telecommunication sector, Hamza has worked with Nokia, SanDisc, NDS, Disney, and Warner Bros, and helped to grow FCC's business to claim 65% market share and into a holding company with multiple subsidiaries traded in KSE.
In the B2B area, Hamza established the company's vision to be the preferred micro payment hub for MENA region with 26 Telecom operators connected and ready for mobile VAS services acquired internationally. Before focusing fully on Knowledge Consulting, Hamza briefly joined ooredoo Telecom early in 2008 and gained excellent and in-depth knowledge in the Telecom business and operation.
Putting all these experiences together and partnering with the best in the human development business, Hamza decided to transfer the knowledge he and others possess to the young and new generation. The Association of Talent Development, USA awarded Hamza with ASTD Master Trainer designation on May 2014. He also gained Certifications in many discipline from the same organization: Business Coach, Consulting, Change Management, and Facilitation in Synchronous Learning. Hamza also is a Certified Master Facilitator for The Fish Philosophy from Chart House, USA.
