Currently the President of Bahrain Quality Society, President of MEQA (Middle East Quality Association) and General Manager of Proact W.L.L. Consulting and Strategic Performance Improvements. He is a member of Training & HR Development and Education Committee, Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is a founder and member of Arabic Corporate Social Responsibility Society (ASCRS) and founder - member of Bahraini Corporate Social Responsibility Society (BCSRS). He is also a member of different organizations world-wide, including the American Society for Quality (ASQ) National Committee for Emergency during the Iraq War, National Smart Card Project, and High Supreme Council for Women Committee. Dr. Khalid is a Certified EFQM External Assessors and became the Abu Dhabi Government Excellent External Assessor. He is also proficient in Six Sigma, Customer satisfaction and Citizen Satisfaction.
In 2006, he was awarded as the Middle East Public Relations Professional by the International Institute for Research (IIR). His expertise in Total Quality Management, Corporate social Responsibility, Customer Satisfaction survey and analysis and public relations fuelled him to become a leading practitioner and frequently requested speaker in the Gulf Region and other neighboring countries. He has advised several multi-national corporations in the gulf region to align and establish public relations and the corporate social responsibilities with their operations. He has also conducted a large number of workshops and conferences local and international.
