She has developed top young executives in the fields of 'Innovation, Motivation, Millennials and Leadership' for brands like Kenanga Investment Bank, Maybank, CIMB, MSIG, General Electric, Sony, KPMG and many others. Prior to her work in talent development, Mallory served as the 'Youngest' Director of the Junior World Entrepreneurship Forum (JWEF), a position which she earned even before formally graduating from her university studies, which saw her led the NGO in Malaysia, to become one of the fastest growing chapters in the world, in a mere 6 months! Prior to her entrepreneurship venture, she was trained by world No.1 consulting firm, McKinsey & Co.' under their prestigious Young Leaders Academy, while honing her skills in helping P&G innovate new market penetration strategies for their products into ASEAN. She is also a Certified Motivational Coach (CMC) from Singapore and a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP). Prior to this, she obtained her tertiary education from Oxford-Brookes University and Sunway University.
In 2015, she was recognised as a Fellow by President Barack Obama's Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiatives and had since developed other ASEAN young leaders to implement social projects that benefit their community.
