Maria Pressentin is an enterprise consultant at The Ken Blanchard Companies®, currently serves as the Head of L&OD Professional Services for Asia Pacific, responsible for over 40 consultants in the region. Maria has pioneered the Professional Services business unit in Asia and is responsible for the quality of consulting delivery and content, as well as personally leading numerous client projects. As the dean of learning and organizational development for Asia Pacific, Maria is also in charge of developing and implementing the region's Onboarding, Sales and IP enablement platforms for global partners.
She brings a global perspective to her work, having lived and worked in seven countries. Maria is passionate about developing and empowering leaders. She helps leaders expand their businesses through leadership skills, strategic thinking, team-focused-integration, and purpose-oriented decision making.
With many years of international business experience in leadership and sales positions in global industries such as banking, oil & gas, IT & telecommunications, luxury and academia, to name a few, Maria brings dynamic insights to her presentations on leadership development and coaching. She is skillful and very practical in diagnosing the 21st-Century-Economy Clients' challenges, opportunities and effectively works with leaders to expand their businesses by way of people centered approaches.
Pursuing her PhD, Maria has published several articles in academic reviews/journals and takes special interest researching about the future of education, leadership and social innovation.
Maria enjoys jewellery design and playing Cajon. She has a multicultural family background and is comfortable speaking in five languages.
