A Recipient of the Global Training and Leadership Award-2017 by the World HRD Congress, Dr. Khyati Shetty is a Professor, Executive Coach and Innovation Facilitator based out of Dubai. She started her career in the area of Corporate Strategy, market potential estimation, product development and branding. Her passion for transforming individuals led her to flourish by working with high potential leaders, executives and entrepreneurs and has conducted over 250 workshops in 14+ countries, for organizations like ADCB, LG, Al Batha Group, Al Serkal Group, City Group, Ritz Group of Hotels, Daman, DM Healthcare, Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Dubai SME. She has also been working as a talent and leadership consultant for Institute for Government Research & Leadership Technology (IGRLT), Nigeria Government since 2013. Her passion for empowering women entrepreneurs drew her to bodies like SheDares (a conglomerate network of CSR, Al Ahli Group and Hult Business Academy), Impact Hub, Dubai SME, and Sheikh Rashid Foundation and has trained over 300 + Emirati women professionals on communication skills, productivity enhancement and behavioral modules.
Khyati is a Certified Co-Active coach (CPCC) from CTI, USA, A Professional Co-active coach from the Coach Training Institute, USA, and a certified Psychometric Test Professional (CPTP) accredited assessor by CAMI, USA. She is also certified in Transactional Analysis, from the International Transactional Analysis Association, and also completed the most advanced level of Train the Trainers from the prestigious industry leader Carlton Advanced Management Institute (USA).She holds a degree in MBA (Marketing), Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management and a Doctorate in Behavioral Science.
She currently works as an Executive Coach with Manipal Executive Education and a Faculty in the School of Business, Manipal University Dubai Campus and lectures on wide range of courses such as, Interpersonal and Organization Behavior, Leadership and Corporate Communication. People are her passion and her motto is, "Passion can drive you crazy but is there any other way to live!"
