Sravanti is Passionately grounded for about 16 years shaping Learning, Training, Education, Organization Development agenda in IT & Enabled services, and Education industries across India and global geographies, In her current role in Cigniti, Sravanti established the learning function and build a strong leadership pipeline for the global organization. Being a strong believer of value-based culture, she has driven the change management across the organization and developed in-house learning systems through application of latest processes and technologies. Her work on improving skill index baseline has enabled the organization to deliver best in class results in the industry.
Sravanti has played a key role in engaging employees through Talent development. To cater to the dynamic business and people requirements, she ensures that her team designs focused interventions applying across the employee lifecycle from induction to leadership development. Programs designed by her have been rolled out to the top 100 leaders across the company, equipping them to deliver in their roles and enabling Cigniti's future success. To her credit, Sravanti achieved all this through effectively leveraging internal expertise with minimal requirement of external resources thereby making the entire effort value positive from the outset itself.
Prior to joining Cigniti, Sravanti was associated with Cyient Ltd for a decade, where she spearheaded Learning & Leadership Development. Additionally, she also played an instrumental role in Cyient's rebranding initiative which involved aligning HR policies and engaging with internal stakeholders for enabling smooth transition to the new brand equity and the renewed promise it communicated.
Sravanti's passion for Learning & Development is not just limited to professional setting. To benefit the society at large, she launched and manages a Skill Development program for Youth in association with MLA of Manthani constituency. She is also passionate about promoting Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within the organizations she has associated with and professional bodies like NASSCOM, Society for Cyberabad Security Council and HYSEA.
Sravanti is an M.Phil in English and an MBA in HR.
