A L&D professional, passionately grounded for the last 22+ years in shaping learning for large organizations, primarily in the IT Services Industry. Uma has a rich experience of working with global companies like Capgemini, Computer Sciences Corporation as a L&D Leader, as well as with NIIT to deliver their training solutions for Corporates. She has contributed to all phases of an evolving learning organization which includes setting up a L&D function, global program delivery for 70,000 odd workforce to championing technology enabled learning for large MNCs. A graduate in Electronics Engg, she is also a Life Coach, extremely passionate about people development and talent management.
