After starting her career as a lawyer in the UK, Ush embarked on a new career in Human Resources because of her love of working and interacting with people. This led her to obtain specialist qualifications in coaching and mediation. Ush has over 12 years' experience working for a range of large private sector companies as well as government agencies. She also has a vast knowledge of Industrial Relations having worked in blue collar, unionised industries.
Ush now takes great pride in collaborating with organisations across various industries. Her goal is to help by providing a tailored talent management strategy to ensure that all the people related needs of the business are met with the right solution – creating the right fit. Ush supports the strategy by providing Social and Emotional Intelligence training and coaching to individuals and teams.
