Biography

Bitasta Roy Mehta is an economics undergraduate with a Masters degree in Human Resources Management. She has worked in the industry for nearly two decades. Bitasta's experience spans across top fortune 500 global organisations across various HR disciplines, globally. From an early stage, Bitasta has been interested in data, analytics, evidence-based approach and digitisation. Her experience using technology in HR is based on learning and practical use in organisations such as GE, Citi and Nielsen. An author by profession now, Bitasta believes in bringing evidence-based HR grounded in technology and mindfulness, into reality. She is an award-winning author of the book, "Have a THINK - the practical guide to evidence-based HR" and a mentor to HR professionals and students. Bitasta is currently based in Singapore.
