Biography

Business Experience:
Chris founded PeopleSmart in 2001. Having spent the first part of her career in various HR, Commercial and General Management positions she had learnt to approach issues from the client’s perspective and focus on delivering an exceptional level of service with a solution driven attitude. She was able to apply this approach whilst building the PeopleSmart business. Her last corporate role was Managing Director Europe for a US HR consultancy company where she was responsible for developing new business, managing the European operations and building a profitable business. With considerable management experience across the EU and the US, Chris enjoys working with multi-cultural diverse organizations to improve people and business effectiveness as well as to assist with the development of current and future leadership skills.

Leadership development for high potential and senior managers, team facilitation both for small groups with new or under-performing teams, speaking at conferences, working with senior leadership teams to improve their working relationships and outward-facing impact in the organization, sales and negotiation skills for sales teams, performance management, coaching and mentoring to leaders at various levels, design and delivery of assessment and development centers, design and delivery of management skills training modules and working with cultural differences to improve individual or team performance.
