DAVID BUTLER

DAVID BUTLER, an American national based in France, is a Senior Learning and Development Consultant in Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion at the Thales Learning Hub. He is in charge of organizing all of Thales' selective leadership program globally. Before that he was the Associate Dean for Post-graduate Programs and Executive Education at the Rouen Business School (now called Neoma). He has organized over 90 learning expeditions around the world. He is a graduate of Reed College and Warwick University and did graduate studies at Brown University and Cambridge. He has been a part-time Lecturer at HEC Paris (Intercultural Negotiation). He is certified MBTI, WPMOT, DISC, Talent Q, Influencing Strategies, Hay Leadership Styles and Organizational Climate. He has co-designed and delivered a number of Development Centers.
