Professional Experience
Deanna Yaphas over 15 years of experience acrossthe full-spectrum of Human Resources Management (HRM) as well as executive search, business advisory, client management, corporate communications, project management, corporate responsibility, branding and communications. Before joining DKSH, Deanna was with PricewaterhouseCoopersas a Senior HR Business Partner to the advisory practice in Malaysia as well as lead of several strategic projects at regional level including a core HR systems implementation.

Deanna started her career in DKSH as the Head of Human Resources & Communications for the Corporate Shared Services Center in 2011. She was then promoted to Deputy General Manager in 2013, leadingthe Talent, Organization & Performance portfolio within the Human Resources Department consisting of the functional units of HR strategy development and implementation, recruitment, learning anddevelopment, performance management, employee communications and engagement. She also held the role of the HR Business Partner for the centralized support services. In 2014 she was promoted to General Manager and later moved into the DKSH Group HR Center of Excellence team as Director, Group HR Operational Projects responsible for the overall implementation and execution of Group-wide HR strategy and initiatives globally.Currently, she is the lead for Group People & OrganizationOperational Projects.

Education
Deanna holds a Master in Industrial Relations and HRM and a Bachelor of Business Administration and HRM from the Keele University, Staffordshire. She is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, United Kingdom.
