Biography

Ezinne Chidi Anosike is the Head, Human Capital Business Partnering for Personal and Business Banking at Stanbic IBTC Bank, Nigeria. She is a versatile, intuitive Human Resource Professional with about 17 years’ work experience of which twelve years have been in Human Resource Management which spreads across HR specialized roles; Learning & Development, Talent Resourcing, Management & Development, Leadership Development / Team Building & Training, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations and HR Business partnering.A lot of her skills and experience has been acquired working locally and internationally. Her substantial experience in the business provides her an edge and expertise in attracting talents, sustaining standards and delivering high levels of performance.

Ezinne is adept at dealing substantive issues involved in dealing with individuals at all levels from diverse cultural backgrounds and has excellent interpersonal communication skills gained from working and dealing with people in high paced corporate environments. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and a Masters of Human Resource Management from the University of Wolverhampton West Midlands, United Kingdom.She is a certified trainer mostly in the areas of professional selling and customer service soft skills interventions and interviewing.
