Chua Yen Ling Angelina

Angelina Chua is First Vice President & Group Head of Human Resource at Yeo Hiap Seng Limited, a Singapore listed food & beverage conglomerate with a global network. Angelina leads its Group Human Resource, General Insurance and Data Protection functions for the Group. Angelina has been instrumental in leading the people transformation at Yeo's. Under her leadership, Yeo's was named Top 100 Asia's Best Employer Brands 2019 and had won several HR awards and mentions at the Singapore HR Awards. She was also conferred the Leading HR Leader at the Singapore HR Award 2019. Before Yeo's, Angelina was the Asia Pacific Head of Human Resource & Administration for Oshkosh Corporation, a Fortune 500 MNC. She led the Human Resources, Administration and Information Technology functions and scaled up its workforce to meet business expansion needs in Asia. Angelina also spent 12 years with Singapore listed conglomerate Sembcorp Industries Ltd where she last held the position of Head of HR for Sembcorp's Utilities business in China. She had led the integration and harmonization of HR practices across 19 cities in China.

She is a Global Fellow of The Wharton School, a Certified Global Talent Management Leader and a Senior Professional with the Institute for Human Resource Professionals. She has almost two decades of dedicated Human Resources experience, managing human resources in the Asia Pacific region, US and Europe. She is currently based in Singapore, having spent eight years working across several cities in China and has more than ten years of experience managing Human Resources in China.
