Biography

Devanandan Palmer Batumalai (fondly known as Devan) is the Head of Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition in KBZ Bank, Myanmar. He has held leadership roles in learning and talent in several companies since 2009, namely in the banking, ICT and FMCG industries. For a significant part of his career, his role has included building learning and talent management frameworks. His passion lies in the implementation of initiatives in the area of leadership development and talent management.
