Meenakshi Doomjy

Young professional of 30 Years, Meenakshi Doomjy is the Group Human Resources Manager of Trimetys Group.

She holds a Diploma in SanitaryScience from the University ofMauritius and two Diplomas inHuman Resources Managementand Business Management as wellas a Mini-MBA from InternationalBusiness Management Institute (Germany).

Her professional journey startedin the Automobile industry hence in the Hospitality sectorwhere she worked for two International Hotels brand in Mauritius.In June 2016,Meenakshi joined TrimetysHotelsas Human Resources Managerand was subsequently promoted tothe position of Group HumanResources Manager in November2016.

With seven years of working experience inthe Human Resources field mainly in thehospitality industry, her main mission is to promote best practices in human resources and culture for the benefit of Trimetys most important asset; its employees.

She is mandated to create synergies within the group,hence building cheerful teams.Human Resources Development through talent retention is one of her challenges for 2020. She is very much involved in employee wellness through the organisation of regular welfare activities and maintaining safety & health standards.

Meenakshi, along with her Human Resources Team of seven, manage almost 400 collaborators both in Mauritius and Rodrigues Island. She works closely with the Executive Team for the strategic future of Human Capital.

Fond of aviation and travels, she shares a marking event in her professional life was the opening of an Airport Hotel in Mauritius in 2013.Secondly, she happily, shares her experience,workingat Trimetys, a group diversified in its sector of activities and her collaboration with teams of two different geographical regions.
