Biography
Sagarika Devburman is a woman leader, a senior executive consultant, a trainer in Business Communication and an Ex-Education Advisor for the University of London under the London School of Economics and Political Science.
As a senior executive consultant and trainer she enables organizations to overcome key communication challenges at work. She has successfully leveraged Communication theories and methodologies to design, develop and deliver successful signature training programs. She is adept at organizing and facilitating training activities to achieve desirable outcomes.
Having a postgraduate in Chemistry,Human Resource Management and Psychotherapy and Counseling,her career spans over twenty-two years with diverse experience in academia and industry.
She is presently associated PAN India with Steel Authority
of India Ltd., National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd., National Mineral Development Corporation Ltd.
A Certified Master Trainer from Eka Academy Pvt. Ltd. and from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai , she also has certifications in Counselling including the one by the Times group and Sinara Education Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai.
