Sandra Ihenacho

SANDRA IHENACHO (IFC LPI, ACIPM, ANITAD, LDS) is the Director of Human Resources at M Bryan Consulting Limited She is a Certified IFC LPI Global Trainer She has a BSC in Accounting, an International Diploma in Human Resource Management from the United Kingdom and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Lagos She is also the Executive Director of Living for Christ Foundation a foundation into the mentoring of young less privileged girls.

Sandra facilitates in the following areas Leadership and Management Development, Strategy, Coaching and Mentoring, Change Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Personal Effectiveness, Team Dynamics and Performance, Service Excellence, and Sales and Marketing.

Sandra is a process oriented person who is highly interested in process development and so passionate about processes Sandra has moderated several Strategies and Envisioning Sessions and consulted for Multilateral Agencies and Public Sector Institutions a few of which include Bureau of Public Enterprise ( OXFAM, Fidelity Bank Plc, Notore Chemical Industries, Nigeria Communications and Commission, Innovation Development Leadership Ltd London, Diamond Bank Plc just to mention a few.

Sandra assists businesses in redefining who they are and where they want to go via their vision, mission statements and as well their business/organizational goals.

Sandra is on the faculty board of various organizations a few of which include Enterprise Development Centre ( Poise Nigeria, FITC, Nigeria Employers Consultation ( etc She facilitates for the Lagos Business School in Coaching and Human Resource Management Courses in the Executive MBA Program (EMBA).

With strong leadership skills, competencies in Organizational Development, Human Resources and a penchant for excellence, she is excited by mutually beneficial opportunities to offer her services of sustainable value.

Sandra is a very experienced Human Resources Consultant, Facilitator and Trainer with over 15 years.

Sandra won an award from Career Nations in Ghana in 2013 in recognition of her Mentoring Roles.
