Professional Experience: Dr. Siraya is an executive coach who helps business leaders make changes in their organizations as transformational and inspirational leaders. A highly valued coaching consultant, she is focused on the areas of successor development, change leadership, coaching culture, and team performance.
She has extensive experience developing leaders and staff at some of Thailand’s most prestigious multinationals and blue chip companies. She has trained and coached over 4,000 executives, senior managers, and middle managers across the private and public sectors. In Banking and finance, Thai and International FMCG, OEM, Pharmaceuticals, and Property Development, heavy industries and specialized engineering firms, with a number of Ministries and Government Organizations as well as educational institutes.

Background: Dr. Siraya holds a doctoral degree in Organizational Communication from Ohio University, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Colorado at Denver.
