Teguh Yoga Raksa

Teguh Yoga Raksa is a Head of HR Digital and People Development at Distribution and Retail Company. Teguh has been working 15+ yrs as Engineer, Researcher, Strategic HRand HR Generalist.

As an HR professionalhe has done numerous HR related projects, such as HRTransformation, Learning Management System, Reward Management, KPI and Compentency Development, eHR Project, Total Quality Management, Organization and Talent Management Project.

Throughout his career, Teguh has experiences in working as HR Strategic and Operation practitioner. He was deeply involved in HR operational activities, such as People Development, Talent Acquisition and Assessment Centre, HR Information System and Compensation & Benefits. Early in his career Teguh has been working as product development, engineer and researcher.

Currently Teguh also as Trainer/Facilitator for Leadership and organization development training and workshop, such as: MBTI workshop, Supervisory Training, Basic Tools for Quality, Total Quality Management, Team Work Improvement, Team Building, Positive Mental Attitude and the Disciplines of Execution.

Teguh graduated with Bachelor degree from University of Indonesia, majoring in Physics and Master degree from University of Indonesia majoring material science.
