Abosede Ogundiyun

Abosede a passionate Human Resource professional with multi-national experience in the human resources field. Having studied Biochemistry in the University of Lagos and then going on to graduate from the prestigious Lagos Business School with an MBA with a focus on Human Resource, Abosede is an ingenious human resource personnel who is great at developing and managing multi-level relationships. She began her career with 3TF an indigenous payroll provider to small business where she was responsible for the Human Resources function. She later moved on to Promasidor Nigeria where she grew from a supervisor to an assistant manager responsible for different aspects of human resources within the business including Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding for the group in South Africa. Her last role was in Beiersdorf Nivea the multinational skin care giant where she was responsible for the human resource function in the factory operation in Nigeria and through her engagement on LinkedIn and exceptional communication skills, she was able to put the Central East & West African region (of which Nigeria is a part) on the global platform. As a member of the leadership team of the factory, she was also responsible for optimizing the return on investment on the Human Capital. Abosede currently leads the human resource department at Portland Paints & Products.

Abosede holds a Professional in Human Resources - PHR qualification from Human Resources Certification Institute - HRCI as well as a Professional in Human Resources International – PHRi from the Society Of Human Resource Management Institute – SHRM. Abosede hopes to leave her mark and influence the HR landscape one business at a time.
