Aditya Sareen is a dynamic HR professional with over 24 years of experience having worked across sectors such as Advertising/ Media, Consulting, Telecom, Banking, Retail, Airports/ Infrastructure, Hospitality & Power.

Aditya has professional qualifications in HR, Marketing & Finance, thereby enabling him to have a holistic business perspective. Having completed his PGDM (Full Time) from IMT-Ghaziabad, PGCHRM from XLRI-Jamshedpur, PGDHRM from ICFAI University and ICWA (Intermediate) from ICWAI- Delhi, he has various certifications to his credit and is a Certified Kirkpatrick Four Levels ® Evaluation- Bonze Level Practitioner by The Kirkpatrick Partners ®. He is currently pursuing a 15 months Advanced Management Program from Indian Institute of Management- Ahmedabad (with alumni status) as part of Senior Leaders' development program of Tata Power.

He has innate capabilities of People Development & Customer Service Excellence and firmly believes in creating delight for all his internal & external stakeholders. He has an inborn passion for Public Speaking. He is enthusiastic and energetic & his colleagues call him a 'Live Wire'.

Aditya is currently Head - Capability & Leadership Development, Campus & Cadre Management (HR) at The Tata Power Company Ltd. since August 2014, based at Mumbai. In his career spanning over 20 years, Aditya has worked with some renowned organizations in India & UAE such as:
