Biography

Frieder is Executive Advisor with ChapmanCG, the world's leading executive search firm dedicated to the Human Resources profession. He also works as Interim HR Director, Leadership Consultant and Coach.

He has served for more than 30 years in top multinational companies in Germany, Austria, EMEA and APAC (based in Frankfurt, Vienna, Singapore, Shanghai and Amsterdam), in particular 18 years with Procter & Gamble, 12 years with Allianz and 3 years with Hershey's.

His roles include 20 years as Head of HR on country and multi-country level, and also 11 years in IT and 3 Years in Corporate Communications.
