Co-Founders and Chief Happiness Officers Kim Hilgert and Griet Deca founded Tryangle Happiness and Well-Being at Work. Our main mission at Tryangle is "to (re-)empower people". To achieve this, we work together with organizations on the well-being and happiness of employees. We developed our own pyramid model, and carefully adapt it according to the needs, priorities and culture of the company.
