Biography
Human resources expert in various industries as well as Shared
Services Centers, Regional Center of Excellence, talent development,
recruitment development, and talent management including
competencies and training implementation in addition to compensation
& benefits management.
Ability to Manage, direct, and develop, the compensation and benefit
strategy, recruitment, and organization development, in order to
implement the policies and processes and work with heads of departments /
sections at the Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to ensure
equity and uniformity of grading and pay structure philosophies
across the Group, as well as hiring the right talent and having the
right employee engagement level.
Develop, implement and manage the reward strategy, policies and
processes and work with heads of departments/ sections at the

To be a strong contributor to the development of new compensation
strategies through creative input combined with data analysis and
a deep understanding of the company's future challenges (bonus
plans, market position, salary range design, pay mix analysis.).
Design & deliver Remuneration & Benefits strategies for the organization.
Implement a grading structure based on company methodology.
Design and implement policies that support the rapid growth and expansion
of the organization.
Custodian of job evaluation and performance management processes
within the organization.
Ensure that a culture of performance is rooted deep in the organization
through the definition of guidelines and KPIs related to performance
assessment and their translation at the time of salary and
bonus review.'
Provide compensation and benefits analysis and support to the
Global CoE and Shared Services members. Provide daily support
on items including market pricing, job evaluations and internal and
external market comparisons.
Own and support global, regional or business Shared Services & CoE
projects, as needed. Utilize project management tools and techniques,
ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources. Share
best practices with other CoE members, inside and outside the region.
