From being a shy school kid who once froze on stage in front of 50 batchmates at a school event, to being the lead facilitator of more than 2000 hours of facilitation at various levels, Sanjeev has come a long way to be a training champion par excellence.

Passionate about creating coaching cultures, unbreakable trust in teams and developing authentic leadership; Sanjeev has spent his time playing the roles of a Coach and a Mentor besides his day job of leading business functions in various capacities over the last 20 years. Post his formative years, he has been facilitating a variety of behavioral sessions for 16+ years. Over the years, with his self-driven zeal to learn, improve, and evolve; Sanjeev has established a solid reputation as a facilitator, people leader, and innovator for complex business issues.

A well travelled professional, Sanjeev has many accolades to his name in the areas of Situational leadership, Design Thinking, Agile Operations, and transforming dysfunctional groups into the highest performing teams for various organizations across India, UAE, Norway & Malaysia. This is where his passion around people development comes from - he is passionate about helping people realize their potential, creating leaders who add value to people and organizations, and build high-performing units.

With an impressive pedigree of organizations like GE, Aegis, Telenor, Concentrix and now Standard Chartered Global Business Services, Sanjeev has been delivering on various challenges around process design &re-engineering, Outsourcing, Human Centred Design thinking, and driving best in class customer experience across a gamut of industries like banking, travel, automobile, telecom and FMCG in various capacities and through various platforms like consumer forums, helpline services, social media and classic retail support.

Sanjeev completed his formal education in hotels where he picked up the mantra of "customer first, always", and also engrained the "respect for each individual" as one of his core ethos. He parallelly studied business management from IIM Calcutta while pursuing his career interests in the corporate world. His underpinning belief in "never settle" has been his driving force and his biggest weapon in the corporate journey so far; with various certifications like six sigma, NLP, agile techniques, and transformational life coaching under his belt. He has invested in mastering the craft of training, facilitation and solution design, though a relentless pursuit of excellence.
