Executive General Manager - People, Culture & Change
Dulux Group

Biography

Siobhan McHale is an "insider", having been the executive in charge of culture change in a series of multinational firms. One of these inside jobs was a 7-year change initiative at an Australian bank (ANZ) that transformed it into one of the highest performing banks in the world. Professor John Kotter used Siobhan's work at ANZ as a case study at Harvard Business School, to teach MBA students about how to manage change.

Siobhan's recent book The Insider's Guide to Culture Change has been described, by culture pioneer Carolyn Taylor, as "the most ground-breaking thinking on how to change workplace culture that I've seen in many years".

In 2020, Siobhan was selected as a member of the Thinkers50 Radar for "tackling the big issues of our time with rigour and energy". She is currently employed as the Executive General Manager of People, Culture & Change at Dulux Group.
