In his role as Global Head of HR for Tata Communications Transformation Services. He is Responsible for strategizing, developing, and executing a business-aligned HR strategy towards creation of a best-in-class organization. As a key member of the HR leadership team, he is responsible to provide support to the Business leaders for all Key Talent decisions and development of senior leadership through strategic advice, consulting and expert solutions.
His work includes initiatives focused on setting and scaling up of the organization and capabilities, change management, organization development while maintaining focus on productivity, high performance culture, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
