Ayo Muritala

Ayo Muritala is a strategy and performance management expert. He is a graduate of Agricultural Extension and Rural Development from the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State. A Certified Trainer, an Administrator from the JCI University, United States, Health and Safety Executive (HSE) Practitioner from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH), United Kingdom (UK), Associate Member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), United States of America (USA), Project Management Professional from 3-Fold Education Center, UAE.

He is a full Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (MCIPM), and the National Institute of Training and Development (MNITD). A Certified KPI Professional & Practitioner and a Certified Performance Management Professional from the KPI Institute, Australia. Ayo also earned a Certificate on Disruptive Strategy from the Harvard University, United States, and a Certificate on Turning Strategy into Action from the Lagos Business School.

In February 2015, he was a speaker at the CSR World Congress in India where he spoke on Individual Social Responsibility (ISR) and he was also a recipient of the Global CSR Excellence and Leadership Award at the same Congress.

In 2016, he made the list of top under-40 Business Leaders in Nigeria by the Leadership Magazine and was also awarded 'World Leader Businessperson' by the World Confederation of Business with headquarters in the United States.

He is currently the Managing Partner and CEO of KNEWROW, a top Performance Management Training and Consulting firm in Nigeria.
