Emmanuel Zvada is the Co-Founder and Group CEO of Third Eye Africa Consulting Group Zimbabwe and Namibia.He is also the Founder of the Institute of Retirement Planning and the HR Emancipation Club Namibia and aMarshall Goldsmith Certified Global Leadership Trainer GLA360. He is an EsteemedGlobal HR Speaker, HR Consultant, Writer, and thought leader dedicated to connecting the global HR community and helping it learn and grow together. Emmanuel is a luminary in the HR space,he is an HR Disruptive Thinker known for his no-nonsense approach to Human ResourceManagement Issues Regionally and Internationally. He is straightforward and brutally honest when it comes to his views on recruiting, leadership, talent management and the future of work models.

Emmanuel has writtenmore than 250 HR Articles with News Day Zimbabwe and is an HR Expert Contributor for Mid-Week watch, Financial Gazette etc. He has spoken in various Global Platforms such as Confederation of Indian Industry with the Theme "HR Future Ready", The Pan-African HR e conference, Coach of Steve Jobs Conference and other various Global platforms. In his basket he has offered training and consultancy services to various organization inthe Public and Private sectors arena across Sourthen Africa.He has run HR shows on 1873 FM South Africa Every Thursday (The HR Dosage) and also Classic 263 Radio in Zimbabwe.

Emmanuel holds a Masters in Strategic Management from Chinhoyi University of Technology in Zimbabwe, A degree in Human Resources Management from Midlands State University, Degree in Entrepreneurship and various certificates from the London Chambers of Commerce and Industry and PECB Canada. Recently he was given an accolade by YALI Regional Leadership Center and the most Innovative Alumni and also HR Africa Trainer second runner certificate. Emmanuel is a Member of Zimbabwe Institute of Strategic Thinkers and an Envoy for Global HR Shapers. The aforementioned can summarize him as a "Doer" who has his values solely based on results not actions.
