Biography

Lokesh Nathany calls himself a Human Connector and People Happiness Evangelist. He feels happy when he sees people happy and if they are happy because of him, it makes him double happy. Lokesh is the founder of My Innings, a platform for both Storytellers and Listeners. He is also the Licensee, Curator and Host of TEDxChowringhee, Kolkata. He has curated more than 100 speakers and helped them deliver an Impactful talk. He is a TEDx speaker. He is regularly invited by organisations and institutions to conduct training and programmes on various subjects. He loves hosting talks and events. One of the shows curated and hosted by him has crossed 3 million + views on social media. Recently he mentored and curated ASMITA, Inspiring stories by AWWA and was very well received by the AWWA fraternity. He spoke on Fears of Public Speaking as the guest speaker at the Lit Fest, Jaipur by AWWA on 14th November 2022. He is in the process of writing his book titled - Public Speaking, Unlocked. The book is about the power of Storytelling and Public Speaking.

Lokesh is an active contributor for building communities towards making a happy and self-reliant society. He is the advisor at Foundation - Live King Size Die King Size, an initiative for Organ Donation awareness. He is the founding Mentor for Career After Family Enterprises (CAFE), a not-for-profit organisation where he mentors the development and progress of the platform. Lokesh is the Licensee, Curator and Host of another Not for profit initiative titled TEDxChowringhee, wherein he is bringing like minded humans together and spreading Ideas and Inspiration worth spreading. He works closely with Army Wives Welfare Association as Mentor and Curator for the storytelling initiatives of Army Officers Wives.

In his first innings, Lokesh has spent over 22 years in the financial services industry in leadership roles. His sense of humour and ability to connect is his biggest strength.

He makes sure to take time out to read, watch series and movies. Lokesh loves his coffee when it's black.
