Biography

Dr. Mahesh Vipula Jayasinghe is an Executive Coach dedicated to inspiring and empowering people to tap into their most valuable talents and gifts to enable their unique magnificence to emerge. Using a mindfulness-based approach to connect and ignite the right thought processhis coaching sessions provide insightful and self-reflective experiences.

Mahesh is successful particularly with senior and middle managers mainly due to his own exposure gathered over 26 years in the corporate arena at both strategic and operational level decision making. With wide and varied coaching experience since 2012 in an array of diverse industries he has enabled c-suite executives and their teams discover their individual values-based authentic leadership. Thus, paving the way for more meaningful work and greater success, both professionally and personally.

Mahesh is a sought-after keynote speaker and a corporate trainer who has addressed conferences across the country mainly youth audiences. Mahesh enjoys volunteering towards the cause of youth development and travelling.

Areas of expertise: Leadership development, change management, role transitions, succession planning and talent development. Executive & group coaching.

Academic & professional Qualifications: Mahesh holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Atlantic International University, Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor's Degree in Physical Science (BSc) from University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Further, he is a Fellow Member (FCMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK.

Mahesh is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from International Coach Federation USA. Since 2015. Mahesh is also a charter member, Treasurer of the ICF Colombo Chapter.

Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) from Toastmasters International USA. Has over 16 yrs experience as a toastmaster and was a President Distinguished Div Governor, President Distinguished Area Governor, Past President of Ralph Toastmasters Club, Charter President of SLIC Toastmasters Club. Winner of speech contest at all levels

Mahesh was also a LEO of Leo Club of Thimbirigasyaya, Lion of Moratuwa Lions Club.
