  • I am a trained Self-Leadership Coach & Facilitator; I specialize in self Leadership effectiveness, Coaching, Performance enhancement, emotional intelligence, mentoring, organisational culture, career transition& Personal Transformation. I help people discover their potential and explore new pathways to success.
  • I have 20+ year's experience in talent management, across industries (FMCG, manufacturing, food, clothing, mining) namely: Foschini, M-Net, Nike SA, Tiger brands and Element Six SA.
  • I help organisations achieve business success with and through their staff, turning talent management strategies into operational process by aligning the people development strategy with business goals & objectives.
